It is customer's ( Buyers) responsibility to verify property details with property Owner.

Promotion (Advertisement)
Charge is for display property details on www.dalalmaf.com only.

Promotion (Advertisement)
Charges is 100 % advance, Non Refundable and applicable to display one property only.
If Customer wants to display his another property details, he has to pay Promotion
(Advertisement) Charges again.

- Customer has to pay Promotion (Advertisement)
Charge by A/C payee Cheque only. Cheque must be in the name
of " Dalalmaf ".

- It is Customer's responsibility to take a receipt of Promotion (Advertisement) Charge.

After submitting Promotion (Advertisement)
Charge, Property Details will display within 48 hours.

Property Owner has to inform us about his property Status every week otherwise Property
Details will delete after 2 Months.

- Dalalmaf does not charge any additional amount for Rent or for Sale except Promotion
(Advertisement) Amount. If any body ask you for the commission or Dalali on behalf of dalalmaf.com please inform
us on 7600 60 2400 immediately.

- Dalalmaf can delete Property Details without giving prior information to Property
Owner, if dalalmaf.com found Property information is wrong and / or Property use
for Illegal work.

- Dalalmaf does not entertain any Commission Agent.
|
- Dalalmaf can increase Promotion (Advertisement)
Charges without prior Information.
|

In any dispute Dalalmaf's decision is final.
|
- Dalalmaf reserves its All rights to modify the terms and conditions without notice
to the customer at its discretion.

- If our Team Member will visit Property Owner's place once again due to owner's mistake.
Property owner has to pay Rs. 50/- additional every time.
