Dalalmaf is exclusively designed for direct property owners, buyers, tenants, and coliving seekers. We strictly prohibit unauthorized real estate brokers or intermediaries from representing listings without explicit authorization.

2. Zero Brokerage Guarantee

Listing on Dalalmaf is free. We do not charge commission or broker fees on property deals conducted between owners and buyers.

3. User Responsibility & Diligence

Dalalmaf acts as an introductory directory platform. All users are strongly advised to verify property ownership documents, title records, RERA registration numbers, and encumbrance certificates independently prior to making financial transactions.
