Welcome to Dalalmaf (“Dalalmaf”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions
(“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dalalmaf website, mobile website,
apps, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform,
you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1) About Dalalmaf (Platform Role)
1. Dalalmaf is an online platform that helps users to post and discover real estate,
services related to property and accommodation listings, including
buy/sell/rent/lease/PG etc. (“Listings”).
2. Dalalmaf is not a real estate broker/agent and does not guarantee any transaction,
buyer/tenant, seller/owner, rent/price, property condition, title, approvals, or
legality of any property. Users are requested to check legality, technicality of
property and buyer/seller’s genuineness before presiding further for any services
available on Dalalmaf.
3. Any dealing, site visit, negotiation, agreement, payment, and transfer is strictly
between users. Users must do their own due diligence.
2) Eligibility and User Account
1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use the
Platform.
2. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your
login details secure.
3. You are responsible for all activity from your account. Notify us if you suspect
unauthorized use.
3) User Content and Listing Rules
“User Content” includes your listing details, description, photos, videos, documents,
and any information you submit on Dalalmaf. By posting a Listing, you confirm that:
1. You have the legal right/authority to advertise the property (as owner or
authorized representative/agent).
2. All information is accurate and not misleading, including location, price/rent,
availability, area, amenities, and photos/videos.
3. Your content does not violate any law or any third-party rights (copyright,
privacy, trademark, etc.).
4. You will not post: fake, duplicate, irrelevant, or misleading listings; incorrect
contact details; abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or illegal content; or personal
sensitive information publicly.
4) License to Use and Promote Your Content
1. You grant Dalalmaf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host,
modify,
display, and promote your User Content on official channels and third-party
platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
2. License is for the duration of the Listing and reasonable time after.
3. You confirm you have rights to allow this.
4. Requests for removal can be sent to info@dalalmaf.com.
5) No Verification; User Due Diligence
1. Dalalmaf does not verify property ownership, title, or accuracy of listing claims.
2. Verify FACTs before paying tokens or signing agreements.
3. Never send money without meeting/verification.
6) Communications and Leads
1. Contact details may be shared with other users to enable communication.
2. No responsibility for user interactions or outcomes.
7) Prohibited Activities
No fraudulent content, harassment, spam, scraping, or hacking.
8) Disclaimer & Liability
Platform is "as is". Total liability limited to INR 3000 or 3 months fees.
